Patient has a love­ly round­ed smile. Her teeth have been whitened by our pro­fes­sion­al whiten­ing sys­tem.

Request: Can the cen­tral gap be closed with­out cut­ting any tooth sub­stance?

Solu­tion: Bond­ing of advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite resin with­out any tooth prepa­ra­tion.

Patient has many heav­i­ly filled and stained teeth which are also uneven.

Solu­tion: Eight front teeth are veneered with advanced Micro­fill com­pos­ite resin for half the price of porce­lain veneers.

Patient has dis­coloured uneven teeth some are crowned some are filled with gold.

Solu­tion: Low­er teeth were whitened with a pro­fes­sion­al whiten­ing sys­tem. The upper teeth are restored with 4 rein­forced porce­lain veneers and 2 rein­forced porce­lain crowns.

Patient has very uneven teeth some are rotat­ed some chipped and the Canines (eye-teeth) are too point­ed.

Solu­tion: Canines and cen­tral teeth are round­ed down to blend them into the smile. The lat­er­al teeth are veneered with advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite resin.

Patient has mul­ti­ple old fill­ings which are dis­colour­ing her teeth. The teeth are also quite uneven.

Solu­tion: Rein­forced porce­lain veneers on eight upper teeth.

Patient has very promi­nent canines (eye-teeth) and small lat­er­al teeth.

Solu­tion: Canine teeth are round­ed down and the lat­er­al teeth are veneered with advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite resin. This gives a more even smile with the canine teeth far less promi­nent.

Patient has teeth of many dif­fer­ent colours. There is also marked brown stain­ing at the necks of the teeth (tetra­cy­cline antibi­ot­ic stain­ing). The cen­tral teeth are much longer than usu­al and the right canine tooth is very point­ed.

Solu­tion: Porce­lain veneers on eight upper teeth. These improved the colour, short­ened the cen­tral teeth and gave the right canine a soft­er appear­ance.

Patient has many dis­coloured upper teeth. Some areas Are very dark and oth­ers are lighter in colour.

Solu­tion: Although whiten­ing would improve the appear­ance the many dif­fer­ent colours would not allow whiten­ing to sig­nif­i­cant­ly improve the appear­ance of the smile. After dis­cus­sion with the patient eight advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite veneers were used.

Patient has a large gap between two nar­row cen­tral incisors. The cen­tal incisors are also longer than usu­al.

Solu­tion: The cen­tral incisor teeth are short­ened slight­ly. Advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite is then bond­ed to the two cen­tral incisors with­out any tooth prepa­ra­tion. A much more even smile is achieved with no gaps.

Patient has a nice white smile but the canine (eye-teeth) appear too long and the lat­er­al incisors look too small.

Solu­tion: Advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite veneers on the lat­er­al incisors. The canines are round­ed down slight­ly for a far more even smile.

Patient has an uneven smile.

Solu­tion: Advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite veneers on four teeth. Also cen­tral incisors were smoothed back for a fuller nat­ur­al smile.

Patient has a dicoloured fill­ing placed on a pre­vi­ous­ly dam­aged right cen­tral incisor. The tooth has nev­er been ade­quate­ly restored.

Solu­tion: Advanced micro­fill com­pos­ite bond­ing obtained ide­al tooth con­tour and excel­lent colour match.
